Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order upon arrival, please contact Customer Care (info@cocoacompassion.com) within (7) days of receipt for assistance with a refund or a return. We do not accept returns in most cases. However, we may offer refunds or replacements for orders that arrive severely damaged. Refunds and replacements are assessed on a case by case basis, and will not be adminsitered without photographic evidence of the damage. Initial shipping charges are not refundable.
