Theobroma cupuaçu is the cousin of cocoa. It is floral, fragrant and fresh. In Brazil, the pulp is used as an ingredient in desserts, sweets, drinks and ice cream. It is mainly consumed in areas where it grows, in the Amazon and the Atlantic Forest.
